Redesign CloudKitchens Customer Onboarding Experience

Redesigned the CloudKitchens customer onboarding task list to make the experience clearer and faster. I mapped the onboarding journey, audited the current task list, and designed solutions to centralize tasks, show progress, and highlight priorities. Also collaborated with another team improving onboarding communication.

Serenity: From Mental Health Chatbot to Clinical Platform
